Therapy is my passion because I have experienced its benefits first hand, and because I love supporting people in finding their healthiest selves. After 10 years in this profession, I provide expert level mental health care for those who struggle with Anxiety, Fertility Trauma, or Betrayal Trauma. I also have much experience in Neurodivergence, Relationship challenges, Trauma & Performance Anxiety. If you're looking for a therapist who is conversational & down to earth; while also practical and goal oriented, I'm a great fit for you! My greatest strength helping adult & teen clients grow in self-awareness, in self-compassion, and with tools that they can use in every day life. I am also Certified in Brainspotting helping clients heal from performance anxiety or trauma quickly in a handful of sessions, without having to talk about it. When I'm not doing therapy, you can find me enjoying time outdoors, traveling, trying new restaurants, or enjoying time with my dog and partner.
